Stories are everything to Diana. She lives to capture the authentic feelings and relationships of those around her. Born and bred in California, she shoots weddings all over this Golden State with an eye for intimate connections in every story she documents. Her love for a powerful narrative is woven throughout her life: she loves to spend her free time listening to true crime podcasts. Her creative energies are regenerated by filling her home with plants, adventuring with her husband and doing heated vinyasa yoga.
The great outdoors. The world has so much to offer it’s hard to just pick one place. A few places that always get my creative juices flowing are Zion, big island of Hawaii, and Yosemite.
My family photos my parents documents so much of my siblings and I growing up. Anytime we get together we pull out the albums and have some of our best memories reliving and talking about the photos.
It’s a few things for me: Hanging out with my family helping my mom cook; snuggles with my husband with a cozy blanket; sipping my coffee in the morning; exploring new places and the local culture.
Half Moon Bay has some pretty rad beaches that are hard to get to but worth the hike and the climb. My favorite Mexican food spot is here in Castro Valley out of a little market called El Rancho Super Mercado.
It would be without a doubt be the Big Island of Hawaii. The Island has so much to ofter: the views are amazing, the locals are so kind, and there are so many amazing places to eat. Captain Cook is also the best place I've ever snorkeled, I never get tired of visiting.
I don’t know what it is about true crime; but I'm obsessed! Ashley and Britt know how to tell a great story. I always catch the latest episode on every Monday.
A new yogi here; I tend to be a busybody and can retain a lot of tension. After trying heated yoga it has help me stay center and I practice at least 3x a week.
My husband is my person the one who is there to support all my crazy ideas and dreams. I couldn’t see my life couldn’t see my life without him.
This little guy’s name is Oakley. My husband and I rescued him two years ago right before Christmas. He acts more like a dog than a cat, so no matter if I am happy or sad he’s right there to brighten up my day.
Growing up, my parents were huge gardeners. Now that they don’t live as close to me, gardening and having plants around my home makes me feel like they’re there.
Sandals in general are my go to shoe. But Birkenstocks are the most comfortable shoe on this planet. So rain or shine I’m probably wearing a pair!
